Abbott Plans $8.5 Billion Nutrition Spinoff, Its Third Major Breakup
Abbott Laboratories ($ABT) is preparing to spin off its $8.5 billion Nutrition business, giving shareholders a second company built around Similac, Ensure, PediaSure, Pedialyte and Glucerna.
