Stock Spinoffs Relaunches: 18 New Articles, Updated Pages, and a Call for Reader Feedback

We’re Back — and Want to Hear From You

Ever since we began this site back in April of 2010, it has been a labor of love. We have been more or less engaged, but we have never doubted that this Stock Spinoffs serves an important niche. We never meant to fall behind on updates, but we did, multiple times, and tried to catch up, multiple times. A bit more than a month ago, we quietly started posting again, beginning with a classic Reverse Morris Trust deal.

Since then, we have published 18 articles, and worked hard to ensure that our Upcoming Spinoffs, Recent Spinoffs, and Past Spinoffs pages are correct, complete, and up-to-date(we still have a little ways to go, please send any corrections or omissions). We have been working to produce articles on every entry in the Upcoming Spinoff list, and we are getting quite close indeed to full coverage. Our goal: coverage of every spinoff, with analysis you won’t find anywhere else.

I really loved catching up on this website – my favorite go-to after Asif Suria paywalled his service 🙂
certainly, i would love to hear commentary, interact (expand comments at the bottom) and if it gets out of hand, maybe forums. I love the no-nonsense layout and particular attention to keeping the site minimal and let the news speak for itself

glad to see u r back. I forget, if it was here, i did make some money on a small position of ACTIVISION

Thanks for the comment. We are definitely going to keep plugging away. I don’t think ACTIVISION was from us, but glad you made some money on it.
